Are your soaps Natural?

Yes! Our soaps are made in small batches using skin-loving oils and gentle ingredients. We focus on creating bars that cleanse without stripping your skin.

Does your soap contain lye?

All true soap is made using sodium hydroxide (lye). During the soapmaking process, the lye reacts with oils in a process called saponification. By the time the soap has fully cured, no lye remains in the final bar—just gentle, skin-loving soap.

Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?

We offer a gentle, unscented bar (Bare Naked) designed for sensitive skin. However, everyone’s skin is different—always patch test first.

How long will my bar last?

With proper care (keeping it dry between uses), your bar should last 2–4 weeks or longer.

Can I use this on my face?

Many customers do, especially with our gentler bars—but we recommend testing a small area first.

Can children use your soaps?

Yes—our soaps are crafted to be gentle and nourishing for the skin. For little ones or those with sensitive skin, we recommend starting with our simplest bars and testing a small area first. Every skin type is different, so a little care goes a long way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we want to make it right.

What if my soap arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll take care of you.

Why does my soap look a little different from the photos?

Each bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches, so colors, patterns, and designs may vary slightly from what you see in photos. That’s part of the beauty of handmade soap—no two bars are exactly alike, but each one is made with the same care and quality ingredients.

When will my order ship?

All orders are currently pre-orders and will ship in the order they are received once curing is complete (beginning May 18).

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
